A quick walkthrough of the whole flow, from Instagram export to revealing who doesn’t follow you back.
- Download your Instagram data export (Followers and following, JSON, All time).
- Upload the ZIP on the Profiles page, and it’s parsed in your browser.
- Open the Dashboard to see your Health Score and non-follower list.
- Reveal a name, review the profile, and unfollow manually in Instagram.
