Do I need to give you my Instagram password?
No. UnfollowScout never asks for your Instagram login. You download your own data export from Instagram and upload that file, and the analysis happens entirely in your browser.
Where is my follower data stored?
On your device only. Your export and all derived lists are stored locally in your browser. We never upload or store your followers or following lists on our servers.
How do I get my Instagram data export?
In Instagram, go to Settings and activity → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Export your information → Create export → Export to device. Under Customise information, tap Clear all on each section and tick only Followers and following, then change Date range to All time. Instagram will ask you to re-enter your password on its own page (we never see it). It usually notifies you within about 15 minutes; download the ZIP within 4 days and upload it here.
What is the difference between the Free, Creator, and Pro plans?
Free shows your full non-follower count on one profile and reveals 30 names per month (resets monthly), and unfollowing a revealed name is always free. Creator ($9/mo) reveals everyone, shows the full list of who unfollowed you each scan, keeps 12 months of scan history, and covers up to 3 profiles. Pro ($15/mo) adds everything in Creator plus unlimited scan history and up to 10 profiles. Scan history is stored on your device, not on our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
